Overall Movie Review -

"It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses."

The Blues Brothers is a classic. It’s a real action-packed movie full of long high-speed car chases and Blues music. The movie starts with Jake Blues, who gets released from prison and goes on a mission from God, where he and his brother Elwood put their old band back together to save the Catholic home where they were raised.

The movie’s pacing gets pretty slow sometimes and some characters are introduced too late, but other than that it’s a great film. The viewing experience would be better if you watched it without knowing what the movie was about. That’s what made it better for me.
